This is a simple python script that convert some of the most useful features of pmwiki to trac wiki. Released under GPL. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments.
To call, use this:
pmwiki2trac.py [options] [inputfile] [outputfile]
If input file in empty, stdin is used. The same goes for outputfile.
